Our Offer is a service of proceeding and immaging about biological samples and 3D visualization with SEM and/or TEM, Hystological 3D, cytologic HD photos. Diagnosis and study of cytological samples proceeding in MAYGROWNALD-GEIMSA and/or GRAM coloration tecnique.
We will provide thecnical reports allowing an "traid de union" between basic reserch and clinical and Pharmaceutical reserach.

Scansion electron microscopy is a tecnique of visualization of tratise samples ( the samples loses out some buffering and OsO4 tratise and 4 steps of essication tratise in Alcool). This tratise sample is shot of an electron beam and from the samples scattering several electrons that are taked over a Detector and are converted in visualized immages. The beam is not fixed, but it scan a rectangular sample area, drawing a line to line sequence, so we form sample immage.
This tecnique can be applied on several study from microbiological field (bacteria, and viruses visualization) to structural study of cell surface, to make diagnosis in all scientific fields.

TEM

TEM

Trasmission Electron Microscope the electron beam forward a sample section where we created previously the void. With this tecnique we can observe all ultrastructural cell details from mitochondria to ribosome going on nanometers field. We can observe details of viruses or mycoplasma structure. TEM proceeding is more complex of SEM proceeding , because the sample must be included in paraffin and afterwards cut to microtome.
This tecnique can be applied on several study from microbiological field (bacteria, and viruses visualization) to structural study of cell surface, to make diagnosis in all scientific fields.

Cytology

Cytology

Is the easiest proceeding tecnique of a biological sample and we can examinate cells from a morphing point of view with some magnifications to arrive at maximum of 100x. At this magnifications we can distinguish a lot types of eucariotic cells, with a study about fresh or proceeding samples of periferal blood or biological withdrawn samples. We can have a lot useful infomrations about samples and possible presence of bacteria (GRAM +/-) trough the coloration tecnique. We can visualize also fungus or protozoa, leaving wide margin for studying and diagnosis in medical nad biological fields.

Microanalysis/EDS

Trough EDS probe give qualitative and semi quantitative punctual analisys of mineral components of samples reaching a depth of field 3 micron.

This anlysis is making with SEM microscope that in this case misure the intesity of X-ray generated from the electronic beam on sample using a specific EDS detector (spectometry to dispersion of energy). We can analyze the area or a point on the surface sample (microanalysis) Since the portion of space ecited of electronic beam, producing X spectre, it's around of few micron, the EDS SEM it's a powerful mean of investigation on inhomogeneous chemical solid on microscopic scale.
We can individuate the tipology and the origin of all the costituents of the sample and the kind of coating of a sample.
Big Dimension samples must be sectioned to be be inserted and viewing with this tecnique.
